By subscribing to or using Voco AI's services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

Voco AI provides AI-assisted job application support, including resume optimization, cover letter generation, job matching, and daily application reporting. Our team and AI tools apply to relevant job openings on your behalf based on the information you provide.

2. No Guarantee of Employment

Voco AI does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes of any kind. We help you apply efficiently and improve your application materials, but final hiring decisions rest solely with employers.

3. Subscription, Free Trial & Billing

New subscriptions include a 1-day free trial from the date of signup.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the plan you selected, and billing will continue monthly thereafter.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated from time to time with notice.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your job preferences, experience, and resume.
You are responsible for reviewing applications submitted on your behalf where reasonably possible.
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Communication

We primarily communicate via WhatsApp for onboarding, resume collection, and daily reports. By subscribing, you consent to receive these messages at the phone number you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voco AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service, including outcomes related to job applications submitted on your behalf.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
