Free Trial
Every new subscription starts with a 1-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 99278 04293 or emailing vocomanagement@gmail.com. Cancelling stops all future billing — there are no lock-in periods or cancellation fees.
Refunds
- If you cancel during your free trial, no charge is made and no refund is necessary.
- Once a monthly payment has been charged and service for that billing cycle has begun, that payment is generally non-refundable, since our team begins working on your applications immediately.
- If you believe you were charged in error (for example, after cancelling before your trial ended), contact us within 7 days and we will review and refund incorrect charges.
- Refunds, when approved, are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
How to Request a Refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your registered phone number/email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.
